**What will we build together?** * We are seeking a senior Power BI professional to develop and maintain robust analytical solutions, ensuring performance, governance, and business value generation; * This person will be responsible for building and optimizing dashboards, reports, and semantic models, applying best practices in dimensional modeling and advanced DAX; * They will also modernize architectures, including migrations from Azure Analysis Services to Power BI Premium/Fabric, and manage the lifecycle of models while ensuring data security (RLS); * A consultative profile is expected—one capable of translating business needs into efficient analytical solutions, collaborating with data teams and supporting strategic initiatives, including pre-sales and proof-of-concept activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and semantic models in Power BI, ensuring performance, usability, and delivery reliability; * Design and implement tabular models, including dimensional modeling, hierarchies, and DAX measures; * Migrate legacy architectures using Azure Analysis Services to Power BI Premium/Fabric; * Translate business requirements into analytical solutions, acting consultatively with stakeholders to ensure delivered data generates real value; * Manage the semantic model lifecycle: deployment, versioning, partition updates, performance monitoring, and workspace management in Power BI Service; * Implement and maintain row-level (RLS) and object-level data security policies, ensuring compliance with access rules for each client or department; * Perform data transformations and processing via Power Query using SQL and/or M; * Optimize models and DAX measures to ensure performance on large data volumes, applying best practices for compression and cardinality; * Collaborate with data engineers and architects to define data layers feeding analytical models (gold/semantic); * Document models, measures, and development standards, contributing to BI team standardization and practice evolution; * Support pre-sales and technical qualification processes by developing proofs of concept and demonstrating analytical solutions to clients. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Solid experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI (Desktop and Service); * Advanced proficiency in DAX (complex measures, time intelligence functions, performance optimization); * Experience with dimensional modeling; * Knowledge of Power Query / M for data transformation and processing; * Experience with Azure Analysis Services (AAS) (deployment, tabular model management, partitioning); * Experience publishing, versioning, and managing workspaces in Power BI Service; * Familiarity with RLS (Row-Level Security); * Knowledge of SQL. **Preferred Qualifications** * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouses, Warehouses, Direct Lake, pipelines, OneLake shortcuts); * Experience with tools such as Tabular Editor and Measure Killer for rule management and model optimization; * Knowledge of CI/CD for Power BI projects (PBIP, automated deployment pipelines); * Familiarity with Direct Lake and semantic modeling over Delta Tables in Fabric; * Familiarity with mirroring Databricks Unity Catalog in Fabric; * Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or other Azure ecosystem tools; * Experience in AAS-to-Power BI Premium/Fabric migration projects. **Additional Information** **Here’s what you’ll get:** * iFood Voucher (meals and food); * Remote Work Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Birthday Day Off; * Life Insurance; * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Educational Partnerships; * Total Pass Partnership – health and well-being; * Clude Saúde Partnership; * Reimbursement Programs; * Flexible Working Hours; * Dress Code: Be yourself. **** From the garage at home to the world: that’s how DB’s story began.
