Here, you will work with autonomy, real impact, and direct visibility into building our growth pipeline through 2026\. **Primary Objective:** The role of the Mid-Level MIS Analyst is to leverage all available technology to help the company extract and refine data—and generate reports—from multiple sources (internal and external). Based on this data, and with the understanding that the analyst must comprehend the business context in which the company operates, they will provide ideas for process improvement, anticipate future events and developments. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What You Will Do** * Extract and cross-reference data from various sources, interfacing with different client departments; * Responsible for building reports and dashboards (Power BI) to monitor results and operational KPIs (intermediate level); * Analyze and interpret results, seeking daily optimizations and innovations based on analytical solutions; * Collaborate with teams to understand customer journeys, correlating them with quantitative surveys and analyses. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Business acumen and communication skills; * Experience with KPIs; * Curiosity and eagerness to learn. **Education**: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. **Additional / Specific Courses (PREFERRED):** Degree in STEM fields. **Required Technical Competencies (MANDATORY):** * Experience as an analyst or in a similar role; * Experience in data processing; * Experience with business intelligence tools (Microsoft Power BI) and data processing; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Intermediate-level knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures, ETL, and views; * Basic knowledge of Python. **Additional Information** **REQUIREMENTS FOR INTERNAL SELECTION PROCESS** No unexcused absences or warnings in the last 6 months; No more than 2 justified absences in the last 3 months; No scheduled vacations in the next 6 months; More than 6 months of tenure at NeoHype or in the same role; **We combine the best of technology with human intelligence.** ========================================================== We specialize in integrating technology with human intelligence, delivering digital solutions that drive transformation and operational efficiency.
