Apply now and help build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan, coordinate, and monitor the entire change management lifecycle (request, analysis, approval, implementation, and review), ensuring adherence to defined processes and deadlines; * Ensure compliance with internal policies, IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT), and applicable regulatory requirements; * Conduct risk and impact analyses for changes, considering technical, operational, and business aspects, proposing preventive and mitigating actions; * Serve as the central communication point among technical teams, business units, and vendors, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the process; * Maintain control, registration, and updating of changes, as well as monitor and report performance indicators (KPIs) and process metrics; * Lead post-implementation reviews (PIRs), identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and capturing lessons learned — especially in cases involving incidents related to changes; * Organize, lead, and support the Change Advisory Board (CAB), ensuring decisions are data-driven and grounded in risk and business impact analysis; * Support continuous improvement initiatives for Change Management processes, contributing to increased efficiency, reduced risk, and greater operational predictability. **Requirements and qualifications** * ITIL Foundation certification and advanced knowledge of Change Management processes. * Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow). * Knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud, databases). * Risk analysis. * Metrics and reporting: ability to create executive dashboards and reports; * **Required certifications:** ITIL 4 Foundation or higher; CCMP is a plus.
