We are seeking a **Junior Credit Process Analyst** to join our **Collections Team** in **Piracicaba/SP.** **Responsibilities and duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Support internal and external customers and partners by addressing collections-related requests; * Contact customers according to operational procedures and credit policy guidelines; * Assist junior and senior analysts in monitoring the customer portfolio, contributing to team results; * Support updating collections controls, spreadsheets, and performance indicators; * Ensure proper registration of interactions and follow-ups in company systems. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); * Knowledge of collections processes and customer service; * Experience handling negotiations and discussions with customers and partners; * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time and multiple processes simultaneously; * Assertive communication and solid interpersonal relationship skills. #### **Your energy stands out even more if you have these items:** * Familiarity with **SAP** and **Power BI**; * Prior experience in administrative or financial routines will be considered a plus. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application \- completing this form and any additional required information. * HR interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview: a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
