The ideal candidate must have experience in data governance, with skills focused on culture and processes. **Responsibilities:** * Implement data governance policies and practices to ensure data availability, quality, security, and compliance. * Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure adherence to governance standards. * Develop and communicate data governance policies and best practices across the organization. * Create and maintain data dictionaries, data maps, and associated documentation. * Stay up-to-date on data governance trends and best practices, and implement continuous improvements to existing processes and tools. **Requirements and qualifications** **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience in data governance; * Knowledge of data protection regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, LGPD, etc.). * Familiarity with DAMA-DMBOK (framework) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse audiences. * Ability to collaborate effectively within team environments and manage multiple priorities. **Additional information** By caring for our people, we become the healthcare that people desire and the world needs—check out our benefits: * Nutrition support: Meal Allowance/Food Allowance or on-site cafeteria (depending on location); * Health support: Health Insurance and Life Insurance; * Development support: Dasa University, Career Development Cycle, Technology/PMAX Academies, and the Crescer Program within Dasa; * Others: Transportation Allowance and Performance Bonus (PPR).
