This professional will be responsible for administering and enhancing security solutions, identifying and analyzing risks and vulnerabilities, continuously monitoring environments, and responding to cybersecurity incidents. Their work will be critical to safeguarding data, ensuring system integrity, and maintaining continuity of critical services. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Administer and monitor security solutions and network appliances; * Manage and troubleshoot SD\-WAN environments; * Implement, support, and evolve Network Access Control (NAC) solutions; * Administer and maintain corporate antivirus and EDR/XDR solutions; * Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments, proposing corrective and preventive actions; * Continuously monitor security systems and networks to detect and respond to incidents; * Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents (e.g., phishing, ransomware, data breaches), producing root cause analysis reports and mitigation recommendations; * Develop and test incident response and disaster recovery plans (DRP); * Support the definition and maintenance of security policies aligned with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and COBIT; * Document procedures, configurations, and security best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of security solutions: Firewalls, EDR/XDR, DLP, Antivirus, NAC, WAF, SD\-WAN, Proxies, VPNs, IDS/IPS, LAN, WAN, load balancers, cloud networks, and containerized environments; * Proficiency in troubleshooting firewalls and security devices; * Experience in monitoring, prevention, and incident response; * Knowledge of data and identity lifecycle methodologies; * Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL); * Administration of Linux and Windows servers. **Additional Information** At Daycoval, we understand that caring for our employees is essential to fostering a healthy and productive workplace.
