If you are a professional passionate about understanding customer needs, enjoy collaborative work, continuously seek growth, and possess forward-thinking vision—thinking outside the box—this is your opportunity! **Responsibilities and Duties:** ------------------------------------ * **Advanced Requirements Engineering:** Lead the elicitation, analysis, specification, and validation of requirements in complex, high-impact projects, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical architecture. * **Mediation and Stakeholder Management:** Serve as the primary communication bridge between executive leadership, clients, business subject matter experts, and software engineering teams, translating complex business rules into clear specifications. * **Standards Definition:** Establish and promote best practices, methodologies, templates, and tools for requirements engineering across the organization. * **Technical Mentoring:** Guide and support the technical development of junior and mid-level analysts on the team. * **Business Quality Assurance:** Validate acceptance criteria and assist the QA team in modeling complex test scenarios to ensure delivery strictly meets agreed-upon expectations. **Requirements and Qualifications:** ------------------------------- * Proven experience as a Requirements Analyst in large-scale software projects. * Practical expertise with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and writing refined User Stories with clear acceptance criteria (BDD/Gherkin). Practical knowledge of traditional modeling techniques (UML, use case diagrams, data flow diagrams). * Strong proficiency in business process mapping and modeling using BPMN notation. * Experience with software lifecycle management and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar). * Understanding of software architecture (APIs, microservices) and ability to write SQL queries for data rule analysis and validation. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation ability, problem-solving orientation, and proficiency in facilitating elicitation workshops (e.g., Design Thinking, Brainstorming, or JAD techniques). **Preferred Qualifications:** ---------------- * Certifications in the field (e.g., CCBA, CBAP, or PMI-PBA) and familiarity with customer journey mapping and UX (User Experience).
