We are seeking a QA Environment Analyst to join our client's Testing team. This is one of the largest public financial institutions in the country, with strong national presence and strategic involvement in economic and social development. * Manage environments, including creation, configuration, maintenance, and synchronization of development and testing environments; * Contribute to higher-quality, more secure, and efficient IT deliveries. **Requirements and Qualifications** **KNOWLEDGE/ACTIVITIES** **Test Management and Execution** * Test management and planning, with ability to produce basic test documentation such as strategy, plans, cases, scripts, checklists, evidence, and test data; * Plan and execute tests aligned with the discipline’s scope and available timeline; * Create automated and non-automated scripts using specific tools, execute them, and analyze results; * Execute acceptance, compatibility, regression, integration, functional, and non-functional tests; * Conduct exploratory, connectivity, vulnerability, stress, and load tests as required per demand; * Evaluate results of each test cycle; * Identify test items to be assessed based on testing effort; * Design software test scenarios; * Create tests based on business scenarios, experience, and defects; * Log errors found during test execution, linking them to relevant work products; * Monitor and track test coverage levels, increasing coverage whenever necessary. **Automation, Environments, and Tools** * Maintain operational all infrastructure components involved in system testing, including test data, scripts, artifacts, simulators, routines, and business processes; * Build mocks, stubs, and simulators to enable test execution; * Maintain system cycles in defined environments and laboratories; * Maintain daily, monthly, batch, and interface routines; * Knowledge of test management, defect management, bug tracking, automation, performance, and test planning and execution tools; * Use of specialized tools for automation, performance, interface virtualization, and test data generation; * Work with automated execution using variable test data (datapool). **Performance and Security** * Evaluate non-functional performance requirements using specific tools and monitors; * Perform security tests and validations, identifying vulnerabilities and proposing improvements; * Knowledge of common software flaws and testing techniques; * Evaluate security aspects indicated by OWASP. **Product and Development Involvement** * Understand how tested systems operate; * Understand business, requirements, programming, and testing, acting as co-responsible across the full development lifecycle; * Know requirement notations used in agile and traditional models; * Support managers and teams in demand acceptance; * Assist the Product Owner in writing acceptance criteria for backlog stories; * Support the Product Owner in accepting sprint stories; * Assist in writing automated unit tests; * Practice ATDD, BDD, and/or Specification by Example. **Expected Experience** * Experience in test management and planning; * Experience with test documentation; * Experience with automation, performance, and test execution; * Knowledge of common software faults and errors. **MANDATORY CERTIFICATION** At least one of the following certifications, or equivalent: * ATC – Certified Tester Analyst from IBQTS (Brazilian Institute for Software Testing Quality);
