We are hiring a **Nurse Data Analyst** to join our **Corporate Clinical Strategy Team — Wellz** in **São Paulo**!

The Corporate Clinical Strategy department elevates mental health and corporate well-being from an isolated benefit to a strategic business pillar. We operate as a specialized corporate health consultancy, adding rigor and value to health deliverables for HR departments. Our core role is transforming clinical and organizational data into clear reports, actionable insights, and structured recommendations. Our mission is to ensure technical consistency, analytical quality, and agility to support internal decisions and client deliverables.
**YOUR IMPACT**
* Conduct population-level and organizational data analysis to identify patterns, risk hotspots, and strategic intervention opportunities across client companies (Population Health Analytics).
* Lead the production of executive reports, transforming raw metrics into clear technical narratives answering: What is happening? Why does it matter? What is the action plan? (Strategic Reporting & Storytelling).
* Develop “next steps” proposals and structured recommendations, ensuring HR receives clinically sound and operationally viable guidance (Recommendation Curation).
* Ensure data governance and integrity by verifying metric consistency, maintaining standardized models, and adhering to confidentiality principles (LGPD/Data Privacy).
* Establish and maintain an organized repository of templates, tables, and presentation materials (slides/infographics) ready for use and reuse by Customer Success (CS) and Sales teams.
* Support Customer Success (CS) and Sales teams as a specialized back-office (Technical Enablement), responding to recurring technical questions (FAQ) and providing data-backed arguments for commercial proposals.

**WHO YOU ARE**
* A nursing graduate with specialization in Occupational Health Nursing or Public Health/Community Health.
* Experience in health/population management data analysis and report generation.
* Analytical, data-oriented profile with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and proficiency in creating presentations (Storytelling).
* Strong ability to write clearly and concisely in a corporate tone, translating complex information for executive audiences.
* Impeccable organization and attention to detail—essential for version control, standardization, and metric consistency.
* Familiarity with instruments, methodologies, or indicators applied in corporate/population health contexts (e.g., surveys, indices, prioritization matrices).
* Experience developing technical reports and recommendations for executive committees.
* Knowledge of dashboards/BI tools (even basic) and/or automation of reporting routines is considered a plus.
