We are looking for a talent to assume the role of Junior Administrative Analyst. **Let’s transform collaboration into results—together?** **Responsibilities and Duties** Our Executive Corporate Planning and Budgetary Control Area (CSC) aims to manage the finances of the entire Shared Services Center’s Directorate. To achieve this, we rely on well-defined processes and guiding targets—and you can join us as a Junior Administrative Analyst. In this position, you will work at the Equatorial Goiás unit in Goiânia \- GO. * Manage the budget of the Facilities Superintendence. * Develop budgets and forecasts. * Present results to the controller’s office, prepare internal reports, monitor budget execution, and extract reports from corporate systems (SAP, ServiceNow). * Automate processes, create performance reports, and consolidate KPIs. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements and qualifications: **What we expect from you:** * Degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or Technology; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general technologies; * Knowledge/experience with the SAP ERP system; * Experience/practical exposure to budget-related routines; * Organizational skills and proficiency with control tools, project management, and goal tracking; * Business Intelligence (BI) experience is a plus; * Artificial Intelligence (AI) experience is a plus; * English proficiency is a plus. **Additional Information** **Why apply:** Joining the Equatorial Group means becoming part of a growing company whose culture emphasizes continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
