**Job Description:** ---------------------- Act as a strategic agent of organizational transformation, leading initiatives for the analysis, optimization, and integration of the company’s critical processes. This position aims to drive operational efficiency, strengthen the culture of continuous improvement, and support the execution of corporate strategy. Key Responsibilities: \* Map, analyze, and optimize organizational processes \* Lead continuous improvement and process transformation projects \* Develop workflows, operational procedures, and documentation \* Implement performance indicators and monitor results \* Support automation and systemic integration initiatives \* Facilitate cross-departmental alignment and workshops \* Identify operational risks and propose improvements \* Support leadership in executing strategic initiatives \* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation Mandatory Requirements: \* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Process Management, or related fields \* Solid experience in managing, modeling, and optimizing organizational processes \* Knowledge of BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies \* Experience in project management and organizational transformation \* Experience with performance indicators (KPIs) and data analysis \* Proficiency in Power BI and Advanced Excel \* Experience with ERPs and corporate platforms \* Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented profile Preferred Qualifications: \* Postgraduate degree or MBA in related fields \* PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Change Management certification \* Knowledge of agile methodologies \* Experience in process automation and digital transformation \* Systemic mindset, initiative-taking attitude, and adaptability **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- Medical and Dental Plan.
