We are seeking an IT professional to join our team, with an analytical, technical, and collaborative profile, to work on the development, maintenance, and enhancement of technological solutions focused on process automation, data analysis, and decision-making support. It is important that the candidate can easily understand business processes, propose improvements, and continue supporting existing tools, ensuring stability, maintenance, and evolution of the current environment. The candidate must have knowledge of **Power BI, Excel, and programming languages—preferably Python**, and be capable of efficiently manipulating, analyzing, and visualizing data. The professional will contribute valuable insights through detailed reports, interactive dashboards, and technology solutions applied to the company’s daily operations. Key Responsibilities * Design and implement technological solutions. * Develop, maintain, and enhance automations, systems, and internal tools. * Create and organize database structures. * Code programs using programming languages applicable to the company’s needs—preferably Python. * Conduct functionality and performance testing. * Collect data and information from end users. * Analyze requirements for system development. * Identify tool requirements and functionalities. * Optimize systems for improved performance. * Integrate new systems with existing ones. * Create detailed technical documentation. * Train internal teams on developed tools. * Implement technological innovations in development projects. * Develop reports and dashboards in Power BI. * Manipulate, process, and analyze data in Excel.
