Job Summary: We are seeking a Buyer II for Grupo Morana, focused on sales data analysis, strategic purchasing planning in fashion retail, and supplier management. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Buyer II to join the Grupo Morana team! This position is strategic for us, and we seek someone with specific skills to add even greater value to our team. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in retail, preferably in the fashion sector. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Ability to analyze data and sales movement. * Organized, analytical profile with strong knowledge-sharing ability and strategic vision. * Comfort with numbers and planning. **Main responsibilities include:** * Daily and frequent sales analysis via LV/CSM system, showroom, and stores. (Internal Systems) * Data analysis using sales spreadsheets. * Analysis of franchisee and end-customer purchasing behavior * Review of the previous month to evaluate sales per item (bath, style, etc.) * Monitoring import arrivals (Import Control) * Excel proficiency to develop purchasing planning tools * Initiative to reassess purchasing planning methodology and design new strategies * Monthly meeting with manager to review performance against plan * Knowledge of franchisees' inventory capacity and ability to analyze and assist them when possible * Familiarity with international procurement processes to continually improve planning and support timing of purchases/deliveries * Work "side-by-side" with the planner to ensure purchases align with the plan * During purchasing activities, maintain frequent contact with the planner to clarify doubts or request immediate analyses needed during travel * Collaborate directly with the Product Analyst who briefs trends and references * Ability to qualify suppliers and support their development * Monitor orders — imports, production, etc. * Flexibility to make decisions regarding product defects and complications * Strong relationship management with suppliers and representatives By joining our team, you will become part of a continuously growing company offering professional development opportunities and a challenging, rewarding work environment.
