Its focus is to help organizations optimize their hiring and talent development processes. **Responsibilities:** Will work in the Insurance sector performing the following functions: Conduct active and passive client prospecting, provide consultative customer service, prepare quotations, send proposals, and execute structured follow-up for negotiation and conversion. Monitor policy renewals, perform post-sales routines including sending insurance policies, provide support for inquiries, and deliver empathetic customer service. Maintain continuous relationships with active and potential clients, record interactions in systems or spreadsheets, generate commercial performance reports, and collaborate closely with the Operations Assistant and Management. Previous experience as Commercial Assistant, Commercial Analyst, Sales Assistant, or Commercial Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this position. High school diploma required.
