This person will be responsible for analyzing large volumes of data, identifying opportunities, building business diagnostics, and acting as an internal consultant to support business areas in evidence-based decision-making. More than just building dashboards, we seek someone who questions the numbers, understands the business context, and proposes strategic solutions. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for the business. * Develop strategic analyses to support commercial and growth decisions. * Act as a consultative partner to the Cruises, Cars, and Tickets teams. * Validate the quality and consistency of data within databases. * Investigate metric deviations, identify root causes, and propose action plans. * Translate complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders at all levels. * Create dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports for performance tracking. * Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Technology teams. * Monitor KPIs and track the evolution of key business metrics. * Support growth strategy definition through quantitative analyses. * Ensure data used for decision-making is reliable and consistent. ### **What Are We Looking For? ✨\\uD83D\\uDE80** * Solid experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Growth Analytics. * Strong analytical ability and logical reasoning. * Experience in critical data analysis and problem-solving. * Advanced SQL knowledge. * Experience handling large datasets. * Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. * Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio). * Ability to translate analyses into business recommendations. * Consultative profile with excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills. ### **What Are the Differentiators for This Role?** * Experience in a digital B2C environment. * BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Python or R. * Active experience with A/B testing or experiments. * Intermediate or advanced Spanish.
