Promote analytical autonomy and a data-driven culture How the **DATA** team builds Loft: The Data team has two missions: * Ensure Loft makes the best decisions * Ensure Loft leverages AI / machine learning to its fullest potential We are responsible for building tools and technologies that empower everyone in the company to conduct analyses effectively. We believe in a diverse team aligned with our purpose and driven by a high-performance mindset to fulfill our mission of building the largest and best real estate ecosystem in Latin America. **Challenges you’ll face:** * Design, build, and evolve scalable data analytical models, ensuring quality, performance, and alignment with strategic needs of partner areas * Define and prioritize the data roadmap, connecting business objectives, strategic vision, and technical feasibility * Standardize processes and create documentation for historical data and new products * Product-oriented mindset for data, optimizing and building data products that impact the business * Serve as a technical and consultative reference for stakeholders, translating business problems into robust analytical solutions * Promote analytical autonomy across business areas, strengthening the company’s data-driven culture * Mentor and develop analysts and analytics engineers, supporting technical growth, best practices, and ownership mindset * Contribute to the evolution of data architecture and infrastructure in partnership with the Platform team * Define and ensure quality standards—including testing, versioning, documentation, and monitoring—for data pipelines and analytical models **What you need to unlock this role?** * Advanced proficiency in SQL and analytical data modeling, with focus on metrics, granularity, performance, and scalability * Solid experience with Python for data engineering, including pipeline development, data processing, and automation * Experience with orchestration and scheduling tools such as Airflow or equivalents (Prefect, Dagster, etc.) * Experience in cloud environments, preferably GCP, or equivalent platforms (AWS, Azure), with understanding of data services and architectural best practices * Proficiency in dbt, applying best practices for modeling, testing, documentation, and project organization * Solid knowledge of CI/CD applied to data, including test automation and deployment automation * Knowledge of data versioning using Git * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence both technical and business decisions * Experience mentoring and developing people, acting as a technical reference within the team * Hands-on profile with strategic vision, balancing execution, quality, and business impact ***Nice-to-haves*** * *Experience with* ***observability, data quality, and governance*** * *Experience with* ***modern analytical architectures (lakehouse, ELT, streaming)*** * *Experience with* ***cost and performance optimization in cloud*** **Additional Information** Caju \- Greater flexibility to use your benefits (Meal, Food, Mobility, Health, Home Office, Culture, and Education) Health Insurance \- Sulamerica Dental Insurance \- Sulamerica Life Insurance ️WellHub \- Access to gyms across Brazil Wellz\- Mental Health Platform ️Flexible Vacation \- Take vacation anytime Day Off Parental Leave \- For parents Guapeco \- Pet Health Plan with discount ️Remote Work
