Job Summary: A professional to handle restocking, organization, and inventory control, ensuring product availability and smooth store operations. Key Highlights: 1. Receiving, inspection, and organization of products in stock. 2. Restocking products, inventory control, and sector cleaning. 3. Supporting the sales and logistics departments. **Inventory Responsibilities:** * Receiving, inspection, and organization of products in stock * Inventory control and recording of goods inflows and outflows * Conducting periodic inventories * Supporting the sales and logistics departments by ensuring product supply * Maintaining cleanliness and order in the storage area **Restocker Responsibilities:** **ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Performing hygiene practices and wearing appropriate, clean uniforms; * Distributing and allocating all produced products to units; * Conducting store rounds to check product placement on shelves (gondolas) to assist in order quantity determination and reporting to the store manager; * Preparing delivery manifests accompanying product transportation to units, specifying quantities, product types, and responsible drivers; * Placing products on shelves (gondolas) strictly following the FIFO system based on manufacturing dates in the system, and removing expired products from shelves while documenting all removals in the withdrawal log; * Updating product prices as needed, cleaning shelves (gondolas), and verifying product labels for accuracy; * Restocking freezers with frozen items and beverages; checking wines on shelves (price and quantity) and, if necessary, requesting purchases from the responsible buyer; * Verifying inter-unit transfer lists item-by-item to dispatch required products to each unit; * Removing products from the counter at the end of the day to prepare them for breakfast service; * Conducting weekly inventory counts to identify products requiring restocking; * Assisting customers by providing information about store products; * Maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic work area during and after shifts. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Attention, interest, and passion * Teamwork * Manual dexterity BENEFITS: * Medical allowance; * Dental plan; * Meal voucher; * Transportation voucher; * Plus, you may take up to 10 freshly baked, delicious rolls home daily.
