Analysis of financial and quality indicators Position: Field Supervisor / Consultant **Job Information:** * **Area of Operation:** Campinas (covering approximately 7 stores) * **Starting Salary:** R$ 3.200,00 * **Benefits:** Company car, fuel, and garage rental **Job Responsibilities:** * Must possess a comprehensive understanding of operations and be responsible for operational and administrative management. * Will act as a team trainer to ensure maintenance of network standards. * Expected to identify opportunities to attract and retain customers to increase sales. * Will provide support in analyzing financial indicators, including inventory control, COGS, stocktaking, and invoicing. * Will conduct analysis of quality indicators, sales (average transaction value, post-sales items), DRE analysis, and delivery performance. * Must maintain good relationships with unit managers and evaluate overall store performance. **Requirements and Competencies:** * **Industry Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of the supermarket and bakery sectors. * **Analytical Skills:** Ability to analyze data, reports, and trends. * **Sales and Marketing:** Knowledge of strategies applicable to improving profitability. * **Effective Communication:** Clarity in verbal and written communication. * **Interpersonal Skills:** Ability to build and maintain positive relationships. * **Negotiation:** Competence in negotiating agreements and resolving conflicts. * **Resilience:** Ability to handle daily challenges and pressures. * **Flexibility and Adaptability:** Quick adaptation to changes in the work environment. * **Results Orientation:** Focus on achieving goals and delivering high-quality results. * **Leadership:** Ability to motivate and unify teams. * **Innovation and Creativity:** Skill in proposing innovative solutions. * **Attention to Detail:** Accuracy and completeness in operational tasks and financial analyses.
