Working Hours: 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Main Responsibilities: * Dough preparation and operation of mixers, rollers, and dough dividers * Division, weighing, and shaping of breads * Fermentation control and product quality assurance * Oven operation and monitoring of baking processes * Organization and cleaning of the workspace and equipment * Raw material inventory control and support for daily production Requirements: * Experience as a baker or in bakery production * Basic knowledge of baking * Agility and organizational skills * Commitment to quality and hygiene standards * Availability to work on rotating shifts Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with high-volume production * Familiarity with various types of doughs Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Store credit * Dental plan * SESC membership card * Birthday day off \+ special benefit Compensation: R$2\.445,00 per month Selection Question(s): * Do you have at least 6 months of baking experience?
