**JOB OPENING \| IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN I \- INTERMITTENT** **How does intermittent work function?** * The professional works sporadically and/or covers vacations, being called upon as needed by the company. * CLT contract: Payment for days worked \+ 13th salary and vacation benefits. * Payment proportional to hours worked at the client. * Availability during working hours is required to respond to on-call requests. **Work location and schedule:** * Location: Cascavel/PR * Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **What we offer:** * Salary: R$12.25 per hour worked \+ Availability bonus: R$100.00 for the first coverage day * The availability bonus will be paid to professionals who promptly respond to the company's call for coverage assignments when necessary (maximum of 10 calls per month) * The availability bonus is paid via corporate card provided to the professional for their unrestricted use * **Benefits:** ️ Meal allowance: R$28.00 per workday Transportation allowance ️ Life insurance SESC membership ️ GoGood \- Health and wellness program **What we seek:** * Valid Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH), category B or higher * Education: Completed high school * Certification confirming completion of a course in at least one of the following areas: Hardware Maintenance, Software, Operating Systems, and/or Computer Networks (minimum 40 classroom hours) * Prior experience (at least 1 year) in IT technical support * Hardware and software maintenance * Operation and support for Windows 10 and other Microsoft operating system updates * Basic knowledge of Linux * Basic knowledge of electronics * Installation and support for Microsoft Office and LibreOffice * Knowledge of information security (backup and restoration) * Knowledge of security, vulnerabilities, and antivirus software * Ability to assemble Category 5 and 6 network cables * Printer maintenance knowledge **Responsibilities:** Provide in-person and remote support to users; ensure equipment and/or connected systems remain fully operational through necessary adjustments and repairs, including installation and configuration of operating systems and software on devices. **Note: Intermittent positions serve as an excellent entry point into this field, with potential for permanent hiring.** Do you fit this profile?
