**Job Opening: Carpenter Journeyman** ------------------------------------ We are seeking a committed, detail-oriented professional eager to grow in the carpentry field to join our team! If you have hands-on experience, attention to finishing details, and proficiency in handling tools, this opportunity may be for you. ### **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary: R$ 2\.600,00 * Transportation Allowance * On-site cafeteria ### **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in manufacturing and assembling furniture and structures made of MDF and wood; * Assemble crates and packaging; * Perform fine finishing and part adjustments; * Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements; * Pre-assemble modules and components; * Install slides, hinges, handles, and align doors and drawers; * Support cutting, assembly, and finishing processes; * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and proper care of tools and the work environment. ### **Technical Requirements** * Experience in carpentry; * Ability to read and interpret blueprints; * Proficiency in operating electrical tools and equipment used in the field, such as: * Drill * Circular saw * Router * Sander * Screwdriver * Knowledge of finishing techniques: * Edge banding application * Sanding * Use of hole fillers * Cleaning and finalizing parts ### **✅ Desired Profile** * Organization and attention to detail; * Commitment and responsibility; * Agility and proactivity; * Ability to work collaboratively; * Adherence to safety regulations and correct use of PPE (safety glasses, ear protection, and dust mask). Experience with custom-built furniture and high-standard technical assembly will be considered a plus. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
