Team leadership and execution of strategic projects OPPORTUNITY | FINANCIAL MANAGER – BRUSQUE/SC We are looking for a Financial Manager with strong strategic capabilities and solid experience in accounting and financial management to lead operations and drive results for a well-established industrial company in the region. **Key Responsibilities:** * Management of accounting, finance, and administrative departments * Preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet and Income Statement) * Management of tax incentives and tax recovery projects * Financial planning and budgetary control * Cash flow, credit, and financial indicator management * Analysis and interpretation of results * Team leadership and execution of strategic projects **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences * Active and valid CRC registration * Postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields * Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting/finance * Solid experience in accounting closing (Balance Sheet/Income Statement) * Knowledge of tax incentives and tax recovery * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Experience managing teams and projects * Knowledge of cost management, budgeting, and financial indicators * Familiarity with tax legislation and basic labor law **Desired Competencies:** * Leadership and strategic vision * Strong analytical ability * Clear and concise communication * Negotiation skills and decision-making ability **Location:** Brusque/SC If you seek a strategic challenge with autonomy and leadership, this opportunity may be right for you.
