The Analyst will be responsible for analyzing transportation costs, ensuring that billed and paid amounts comply with contracts, freight rate tables, internal policies, and operational criteria. The role requires analytical and independent work focused on identifying discrepancies, preventing improper payments, recovering funds, and continuously improving logistics processes.**Requirements**

• Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; • Prior experience in freight audit, logistics cost analysis, road transportation, or related areas; • Knowledge of transportation contracts, freight rate tables, and ancillary costs; • Intermediate or advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis); • Analytical ability, attention to detail, and critical thinking; • Strong written and verbal communication skills.**Responsibilities**

• Analyze freight charges and ancillary costs (e.g., daily allowances, overnight stays, tolls, helpers, escorts, etc.), validating contractual and operational compliance; • Perform cross-checks among Purchase Orders × Invoices × CCLs × Bills, ensuring data consistency and traceability; • Identify improper charges, value discrepancies, and opportunities for financial recovery; • Analyze freight surcharges, operational justifications, and supporting documentation; • Prepare audit reports detailing findings, financial impacts, and recommendations; • Support the development and monitoring of audit, cost, and logistics efficiency KPIs; • Collaborate closely with Sales Acquisition, Registration, Planning, Tracking, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams; • Contribute to standardizing audit rules, criteria, and continuous improvement of processes.
