The role requires analytical and independent work focused on identifying discrepancies, preventing improper payments, recovering funds, and continuously improving logistics processes.**Requirements** -------------- • Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; • Prior experience in freight audit, logistics cost analysis, road transportation, or related areas; • Knowledge of transportation contracts, freight rate tables, and ancillary costs; • Intermediate or advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis); • Analytical ability, attention to detail, and critical thinking; • Strong written and verbal communication skills.**Responsibilities** --------------------- • Analyze freight charges and ancillary costs (e.g., daily allowances, overnight stays, tolls, helpers, escorts, etc.), validating contractual and operational compliance; • Perform cross-checks among Purchase Orders × Invoices × CCLs × Bills, ensuring data consistency and traceability; • Identify improper charges, value discrepancies, and opportunities for financial recovery; • Analyze freight surcharges, operational justifications, and supporting documentation; • Prepare audit reports detailing findings, financial impacts, and recommendations; • Support the development and monitoring of audit, cost, and logistics efficiency KPIs; • Collaborate closely with Sales Acquisition, Registration, Planning, Tracking, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams; • Contribute to standardizing audit rules, criteria, and continuous improvement of processes.
