We are seeking a **Financial Analyst V** to join the Votorantim Center of Excellence team in the **Collections** area. In this area, we operate with **active, reactive, and administrative collections**. The challenges for this person will be in the front line of the operational area, working with: * Creating and monitoring the Pefin/Serasa and Notary indices and their routine; * Ensuring compliance with the collections escalation framework; * Managing the portfolio of top clients; * Monitoring KPIs; * Managing documentation (updating POs); * Credit block batches; * Monitoring and managing the CAP service dashboard; * Supporting the active collections team; * Filling out the reconciliation traffic light report; * Filling out the reconciliation traffic light return report; * Pre-edited report; * Collections status report, interest report, and internal handling report; * Intercompany report; * Creditor balances report; * VC process alignment; * AGRO customer reconciliations; * Coprocessing report; * Commercial evaluation batch for notary referrals; * Inserting credit blocks upon completion of internal handling (PDD); * Vacation coverage; * Alignment meetings with customers; **We seek professionals who:** * Possess strong negotiation and customer relationship skills; * Continuously pursue innovation and continuous improvement; * Have intermediate-level knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office 365.
