If you fit this profile, come be part of our team! ### **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** * Develop and evolve backend solutions in Python, focusing on automations, integrations, and corporate applications. * Fix defects and implement continuous improvements in the platform's products. * Investigate complex problems, performing root cause analysis and reverse engineering of automations and integrations. * Refactor legacy code, promoting improvements in quality, performance, and maintainability. * Fix integration failures between APIs and corporate systems, such as SAP, Salesforce, and Vonage. * Support the evolution of the Artificial Intelligence layer of the operation, utilizing solutions like amIA to accelerate development. * Contribute to the technical documentation of solutions and share knowledge with the team. * Participate in the identification and correction of vulnerabilities, applying security best practices in development. * Utilize Artificial Intelligence continuously to support coding, debugging, refactoring, testing, documentation, code review, impact analysis, and automation of repetitive tasks. ### **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Solid experience with development in Python. * Experience with Flask. * Knowledge of Microsoft Bot Framework. * Experience with Azure Functions and Azure App Service. * Experience with SQL Server, Redis, and Cosmos DB databases. * Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, and modern software development practices. * Knowledge of DevSecOps and API security. * Experience with integrations between corporate systems, including SAP, Salesforce, and Vonage. * Experience in code refactoring, Clean Code, and reverse engineering. * Experience utilizing Artificial Intelligence in the software development cycle (coding, debugging, refactoring, testing, documentation, code review, impact analysis, and task automation). * Intermediate English for communication in a multicultural environment. ### **Differentiators** * Experience in configuring or integrating Artificial Intelligence agents in automation workflows. * Experience with the architecture and evolution of intelligent automation solutions. * Experience in root cause analysis (RCA) and resolution of complex incidents. * Investigative, proactive profile oriented towards problem-solving. * Ability to work in poorly documented environments and learn new technologies quickly. * Good communication, sense of ownership, collaborative work, and ability to defend technical decisions constructively. * Experience in documenting technical solutions and sharing knowledge with the team.
