You will be part of a new strategic front of the company, responsible for the construction and scaling of the Credit platform. This is a moment of creation, in which you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the architecture, technical evolution, and definition of the best software engineering practices for a product that will be a reference within the Banking ecosystem. If you like building scalable solutions, participating in relevant technical decisions, and working in a high-complexity environment, this challenge is for you. **ATTENTION!** This opportunity is 100% Remote. **What will your day-to-day be like?** You will work on the development and evolution of critical systems for the business, contributing from the definition of the solution to its delivery in production. **Among the main responsibilities are:** * Develop scalable and highly available backend solutions; * Evolve existing products and build new features and integrations; * Participate in architectural decisions and propose continuous improvements to the platform; * Ensure the quality, stability, and performance of applications; * Technically support the team, disseminating good development and software engineering practices; * Produce technical documentation and share knowledge with the team. **What We Are Looking For?** We are looking for professionals with a strong technical profile, autonomy, and the ability to solve complex problems. **Indispensable requirements:** * Solid experience with Java 17\+ (or recent versions of the language) development with the Spring Boot framework; * Non-relational databases (preferably MongoDB); * Messaging and integration between systems; * Mastery of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns; * Experience with microservices architecture; * Ability to act in a consultative manner in technical and architectural decisions; * Experience in mission-critical and high-scalability environments. **It will be a differential if you have experience with:** * Apache Camel; * Maven; * Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, and Liquibase; * Lombok, MapStruct, and QueryDSL; * Vue.js and Node.js; * Docker and containers; * Linux (Ubuntu); * AWS Services; * Experience in the Payment Methods market and/or Credit Products. **The profile that will make a difference** We are looking for people who: * Have a sense of ownership and high autonomy; * Like to discuss solutions and technical challenges; * Value code quality and good engineering practices; * Are comfortable sharing knowledge and collaborating with the team; * Feel comfortable working in a construction environment, contributing to the evolution of the architecture and the product. **These are the Benefits and Advantages:** * Food allowance (market \& restaurant); * Health and dental plan; * Wellhub and TotalPass; * Monthly allowance for remote first expenses; * Private pension after 6 months of work; * Extended parental leave; * Daycare allowance; * Allowance for parents of children with special needs. **Get to know our process** The selection process begins with the application.
