More than leading a team, you will help define the technological evolution of a product that will have a direct impact on the company's expansion and the transformation of the financial market. **ATTENTION!** This opportunity is 100% Remote. **What will your day-to-day be like?** As a Tech Lead, you will be the main technical reference for the squad, balancing hands\-on work with technical leadership and people development. **Among your main responsibilities will be:** * Technically lead the squad and support the continuous evolution of the platform architecture; * Actively participate in software development, performing implementations and code reviews; * Conduct architectural decisions and ensure the adoption of best practices in software engineering; * Work in partnership with the Product Owner and other areas to ensure alignment between strategy, priorities, and execution; * Remove technical impediments and support the team in resolving complex challenges; * Conduct technical meetings and support the definition of squad priorities; * Develop and monitor the growth of the team through continuous feedback, 1:1 meetings, and development plans; * Monitor squad performance indicators, promoting continuous improvement in the quality, stability, and performance of applications; * Act in incident and technical crisis management, ensuring rapid response and product stability; * Promote knowledge sharing between squads and chapters, strengthening the engineering culture. **What We Are Looking For?** We are looking for a professional with solid technical experience, a collaborative profile, and the ability to lead engineering teams in high-complexity environments. **Essential Requirements** * Consolidated experience in software development using Java 17\+; * Strong knowledge of software architecture, microservices, and architectural patterns; * Experience with AWS environments; * Previous experience leading development teams; * Experience in conducting technical decisions and defining architecture; * Ability to develop people, conduct feedback, and support the technical evolution of the team; * Knowledge of agile methodologies; * Excellent communication, autonomy, and ability to influence; * Experience in Credit products or in the payment methods market. **Will be a differential** * Intermediate English; * Intermediate Spanish, considering the company's operations in Latin America. **The profile that will make a difference** We are looking for people who: * Are protagonists and like to build high-impact solutions; * Have the ability to lead by example and act in a hands\-on manner; * Possess a systemic vision and the ability to make technical decisions with autonomy; * Value collaboration, knowledge sharing, and people development; * Have an interest in participating in the construction of a strategic product from its conception. **These are the Benefits and Advantages:** * Food assistance (market \& restaurant); * Health and dental plan; * Wellhub and TotalPass; * Monthly assistance for remote first expenses; * Private pension after 6 months of work; * Extended parental leave; * Daycare assistance; * Assistance for parents of children with special needs. **Get to know our process** The selection process begins with the application.
