Our mission is to simplify our customers' daily operations by delivering comprehensive, high-quality solutions for managing health insurance providers—both public and private. As a **Junior Implementation Consultant**, your mission will be to implement our systems within defined timelines and quality standards, ensuring an optimal customer experience. You will be trained to conduct efficient and high-quality implementations, working closely with Project Managers. This will be a challenging environment offering extensive learning opportunities and genuine professional development. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Performing remote or on-site implementations of the Benner Healthcare solution; * Configuring the system according to client requirements; * Conducting user interviews to gather requirements and map business processes; * Delivering training for implemented modules; * Supporting data migration from legacy systems; * Addressing ad-hoc requests via phone, e\-mail, or ticketing system; * Assisting Project Managers in executing the implementation schedule; * Contributing to continuous improvement of departmental processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** We seek curious, committed professionals eager to learn.
