**About the company:** Workers Retail Branding is a full-service communications agency based in Curitiba, specializing in branding, product development, point-of-sale (POS) communication, packaging, and brand activation—with a focus on market intelligence and consumer behavior to deliver measurable results. **About the position:** We are seeking a Copywriter to create strategic and creative content across multiple channels and formats, contributing to campaign development, brand building, and corporate communication. This role works directly with the creative team and is responsible for developing copy that conveys concepts, strengthens brand positioning, and ensures consistency in communication. **Key Responsibilities:** Content Creation * Produce content for digital environments (websites, newsletters, email marketing, social media, e-books, among others) * Develop clear, concise, and communication-strategy-aligned copy Branding Copywriting * Create brand names, verbal expressions, manifesto texts, slogans, and brand concepts * Ensure consistency in brand voice and identity Advertising and Creative Copywriting * Develop advertising campaign concepts * Draft scripts for commercials, videos, and corporate materials * Support the construction of creative presentations Copywriting for Design * Create copy for graphic materials and packaging * Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure coherence between text and visuals **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Education:** Degree in Languages, Communications, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields * Excellent writing skills and mastery of the Portuguese language * Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the field * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools such as Trello or similar * Portfolio required Compensation: Starting at R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * Are you available to work fully onsite? * Do you have a personal or academic portfolio? * What is your salary expectation?
