Purchasing Analyst

Description

The Purchasing Analyst will be responsible for strategically and operationally managing the company's procurement processes, ensuring efficient supply, cost control, supplier negotiations, and support for store and industrial demands. We seek an analytical, organized professional with strong negotiation skills and strategic vision, capable of contributing to cost reduction, process improvement, and sustainable operational growth. Key Responsibilities * Conduct strategic negotiations with suppliers; * Perform quotations and procure raw materials, supplies, and consumables; * Monitor purchase orders, delivery deadlines, and unit supply; * Control KPIs, costs, and COGS; * Develop new suppliers and cost-reduction opportunities; * Analyze inventory levels, consumption patterns, and procurement needs; * Ensure organization of departmental processes and documentation; * Prepare reports and analyses to support management decisions; * Collaborate closely with operational, finance, and inventory departments. Mandatory Requirements * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, Management Processes, or related fields; * Prior experience in procurement; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel; * Experience in negotiation and cost control; * Analytical and strategic mindset; * Strong communication and organizational skills.
