RESPONSIBILITIES * Organize and prioritize purchase orders to ensure process fluidity and accuracy; * Monitor payment deadlines to ensure compliance with established agreements; * Develop and register new suppliers, promoting competitive alternatives aligned with the company’s needs; * Analyze and track the purchase order portfolio in coordination with internal departments; * Conduct quotations in accordance with Greentech’s commercial policies and guidelines; * Negotiate commercial terms, including FREIGHT classification, aiming at cost optimization and logistics efficiency; * Act in compliance with the company’s compliance policy; * Support other purchasing-related activities as required. REQUIREMENTS * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or related fields. * Proven experience in procurement (Direct or Indirect). * Knowledge of sourcing processes and contract management. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience with any ERP system (e.g., SAP, TOTVS, Oracle). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical mindset. ADDITIONAL ASSETS * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Business-related areas. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. * Experience with cost-saving projects and performance indicators (KPIs). * Power BI.
