HR/Personnel Analyst

Job responsibilities: * Lead logistics flow improvement projects, factory layout optimization, and intralogistics initiatives; * Conduct resource sizing studies (material handling equipment, labor, and physical space); * Support Production Planning and Control (PPC), proposing process and performance indicator improvements; * Perform time studies to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency gains; * Develop load analysis, internal transportation, and material handling analyses; * Evaluate and propose technological innovations and new material handling equipment; * Participate in strategic projects related to Lean, World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), collaborating cross-functionally; * Structure and present technical reports and dashboards (Excel and Power BI) for performance monitoring. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related areas is desirable; * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency; * Power BI knowledge is considered a plus; * Experience with time studies and line balancing; * Knowledge of PPC tools (MRP I/II, APS, S&OP); * Familiarity with Lean, WCM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement concepts; * Experience in logistics, PPC, industrial layout, or intralogistics projects Compensation: R$6.000,00 - R$6.091,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Free parking * Private pension plan * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
