




Job Summary: A palletizing operator responsible for safety checklists, equipment operation and replenishment, and workplace organization, contributing to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operating palletizing cell equipment 2. Ensuring organization and GMP compliance 3. Contributing to continuous improvement processes * Perform equipment safety checklists (AM); * Operate palletizing cell equipment by replenishing materials and performing adjustments and fault resets; * Ensure organization of conveyors and the workplace, guaranteeing Unilever manufacturing and logistics GMP standards; * Develop operational and SHE procedures for the site; * Contribute to the site’s continuous improvement process through Kaizens and participation in UMS pillars; * Participate in, comply with, and uphold the Aguaí Factory’s Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality activities relevant to this role and responsibilities, in accordance with Unilever’s legal requirements. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed High School * SAP knowledge Desirable: Higher education degree / Mechanical Technician / Electrical Technician / Logistics Unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
