We’re looking for someone to fill the position of **Junior Collections Analyst (Ops)** — someone eager to roll up their sleeves and accelerate this journey with us! **Your role here:** As a Junior Collections Analyst on the Operations team, you’ll be on the front line to resolve delinquency in practice. Your role is to ensure accounts balance: from direct contact with overdue customers and tracking collection attempts in the app, to coordinating operational actions for vehicle blocking or physical recovery when necessary.
