Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure corporate master data governance (customers, suppliers, and materials), defining guidelines so the operational team guarantees quality, standardization, and speed in logistical and financial processes; * Lead and manage the area’s high-complexity project portfolio, acting as a facilitator in system implementations, paperless solutions, data migrations, and automations focused on continuous improvement and digital transformation; * Manage the performance and productive capacity of the multidisciplinary team (Registration, Documents, and Service Management), conducting strategic monitoring of deliverables, development, and macro-level distribution of responsibilities; * Critically analyze management dashboards and the KPI framework, monitoring goal and SLA compliance for the area and directing corrective and strategic action plans in case of deviations; * Act as a strategic partner to other business areas, managing the SSC service delivery model, negotiating solutions and partnerships, and serving as the escalation focal point to ensure internal customer satisfaction; * Direct the strategy for implementing and evolving document and data governance policies, approving governance frameworks (e.g., ECM) structured by analysts; * Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and data protection laws (LGPD/GDPR), validating audits, policy adjustments, and monitoring systemic access controls and sensitive data handling. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management Processes, or related fields. **Required** * Managerial knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem (MM and SD modules) and conceptual mastery of the Business Partner (BP) functionality; * Experience in project management, especially in data governance solution implementations, agile methodologies (PMI, Scrum), and continuous improvement; * Experience managing teams and leading process, registration, or service areas; * Knowledge of personal data protection laws (LGPD, GDPR) and compliance management; * Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for decision-making. **Desirable** * Postgraduate degree in Digital Transformation, Business Management, or related fields; * Experience in a leadership role within a Shared Services Center; * Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) and Workflow tools. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Shared health plan; * Dental plan; * Telemedicine and online therapy (100% covered by the company); * Performance bonus; * Transportation; * Meal allowance; * Monthly product kit; * Life insurance; * Wellhub.
