Import Maritime Foreign Trade Analyst

We are seeking an **Import Maritime Foreign Trade Analyst** to analyze international shipments in coordination with agents, shipping lines, airlines, and consolidators—from receipt of the shipment closing until confirmation of shipment and approval of original documents. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Request agent registration in Mercante; * Enable employees for deconsolidation in the Mercante system; * Provide courier labels for agents to send original documents; * Pre-approve agents' debit notes; * Analyze costs and confirm values in the system; * Send shipment reports to customers; * Arrange cargo insurance with the insurer; * Send protest letters and handle international insurance procedures; * Receive and analyze shipment closings provided by the sales team; * Review observations and assess shipment feasibility; * Send shipment closing confirmation to the customer; * Send routing orders to overseas agents; * Monitor procedures and cargo release for shipment with overseas agents; * Verify cargo readiness; * Send booking notices and flight schedules to customers; * Send drafts of HBL and HAWB for customer approval; * Confirm shipment with the airline and the origin agent; * Review and approve Master and House shipping documents; * Send follow-ups to customers, keeping them informed of all process stages; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in International Trade, Logistics, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience with maritime bookings, freight forwarding, international trade, import/export, or international logistics operations. * Intermediate English proficiency, primarily for reading, writing, and communication with international agents. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Experience with foreign trade systems, freight forwarding platforms, or logistics management systems is considered a plus. **Benefits that Care for You!** At Carpo, we believe caring for people is just as important as innovation.
