Integrate and optimize procurement processes **Sangati Berga S.A.** is seeking a **Senior Materials Analyst \- Procurement** to join our team with the mission of analyzing and planning material requirements to meet the order portfolio and production plan, ensuring appropriate factory supply, inventory reliability, and availability of production resources, thereby contributing to procurement process efficiency and on-time delivery performance. **Location:** Álvaro Weyne – Fortaleza/CE **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. **Work Mode:** 100% in-person **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze material requirements to meet the order portfolio and inventory plan, ensuring availability of production resources; * Execute and analyze MRP, preparing material requirement reports and monitoring area KPIs; * Monitor inventory levels, analyzing consumption, demand, variability, obsolete items, and replenishment points; * Perform follow-up with Procurement and Import departments to ensure timely material supply; * Propose and implement improvements in materials management processes, contributing to increased efficiency, cost reduction, and greater planning accuracy. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Relevant work experience; * Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes; * Knowledge of MRP; * Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs); * ERP system knowledge, preferably TOTVS/Protheus; * Knowledge of metrology; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Basic ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Basic knowledge of statistics applied to materials planning. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Planning; * Systems thinking; * Analytical reasoning; * Sense of urgency; * Resilience. **Company Benefits:** * On-site meals (breakfast and lunch); * LIV health insurance plan for R$10.62; * Optional dental assistance; * Absence support allowance; * Birthday grocery basket; * Attendance-based grocery basket; * Commercial agreements and discounts; * Educational advancement support (elementary and high school); * Educational incentive (technical and undergraduate); * Baby and wedding kits; * Semi-annual profit-sharing bonus (union-based); * Annual attendance bonus (R$ 500.00 \- R$ 2\.500,00\); * Bonus for approved improvement suggestions; * Group life insurance; * Commuter allowance or covered parking.
