If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day\-to\-Day Will Include:** * Ensuring correct execution of workflows and parameters for freight posting via TMS. * Updating and sharing the status of pending freight postings, including reasons, values, document quantities, and other stratifications; * Monitoring progress in resolving pending freight issues; * Analyzing backlog scenarios (open freight items from prior periods), categorizing and correcting freight items under the responsibility of the Transportation area. * Participating in meetings with client areas regarding freight posting and regularization topics; * Proposing process improvements for data collection, reporting, and managerial database automation; * Supporting transporters with information and clarifications on freight value postings; * Consolidating and analyzing daily rate costs—including reasons, units, and transporters—using the Daily Rate Dashboard; consolidating and monitoring the report on total manually posted freight outside the TMS; * Implementing the TMS for other freight operations in collaboration with IT (e.g., distribution, raw materials and supplies, warehouse, routes, etc.); * Providing visibility into TMS metrics by creating and updating performance indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Proficiency in intermediate/advanced Excel, Power BI, and SAP; * Experience in logistics and performance indicator management. #### **Nice\-to\-Have:** * Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Proficiency in data analysis tools. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM \| Saturdays: 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM. **Additional Information** #### **See Some Other Benefits of Being Solar:** For your health and safety: * Health insurance plan with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine services covering multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental insurance plan; * Emotional Well\-Being Program; * Wellhub (fitness center network); * Life insurance.
