**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Monitor vehicle maintenance, building structures, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems; * Manage inventory of furniture, equipment, and space occupancy; * Ensure overall farm organization, including cleaning, accommodations, and storage areas; * Manage waste, energy consumption, and fuel control; * Oversee internal logistics (employee transportation, route planning, relocations, and area layout); * Monitor construction projects, renovations, and implementation of new facilities; * Manage suppliers and support teams (third-party contractors); * Control access and support asset security routines; * Optimize operational costs and improve operational efficiency; * Provide support during audits, technical visits, and internal events. **Requirements:** * Driver's license Category B; * Willingness to reside on the farm or commute. * Completed high school education or currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in Facilities, maintenance, or infrastructure management; * Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and proactivity; * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Mobility allowance, Profit Sharing Program \- PPR, Life insurance, Meal voucher
