Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring, controlling, and scheduling orders; billing; reverse logistics; freight quotation; and operational support. Key Highlights: 1. Reverse logistics and freight quotation Scope of Activities: Monitor order shipments with suppliers Enter shipment deadlines provided by suppliers into the system Control and identify goods arrival at the distribution center (DC) Schedule deliveries with customers / architects Enter delivery-related information into the system Process order billing Handle reverse logistics Obtain freight quotations from carriers Monitor customer order shipments and in-transit status Maintain Excel spreadsheets Issue warehousing orders / transfer requests Verify CT-e documents, control costs, and close freight payment processes Provide operational support Enter delivery-related information into the system Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site Compensation: R$2\.667,81 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
