WANT TO JOIN THIS JOURNEY WITH US? **Responsibilities and duties** Provide administrative support to the PCP Analyst; Perform system adjustments, such as modifying grids, values, dates, tax returns, balances, and supplier recess registrations; Support analysis, prioritization, and handling of service tickets; Enter and update information in departmental databases (PLM and Umode); Update and maintain production routes in the Linx system; Perform product status changes (e.g., released for showroom and production); Support communication with the logistics team, contributing to faster resolution of requests (scheduling, transportation, and service tickets); Update raw material information in production orders (OPs), ensuring correct consumption linkage; Assist in closing production orders through balance verification; Provide support to suppliers regarding questions about internal processes (Finance, Logistics, Quality, PAF, Style, Planning, among others). **Requirements and qualifications** Completed high school education (undergraduate studies in progress are a plus); Basic Excel knowledge; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities; ERP system knowledge (e.g., Linx) or management tools (e.g., PLM) is desirable.
