




Job Summary: Professional responsible for preparing international quotations, analyzing the market, interacting with partners, and supporting foreign trade sales. Key Highlights: 1. Provide technical-commercial support to the external sales team Responsibilities: * Prepare international quotations and commercial proposals based on customer requirements and the company's margin guidelines; * Conduct market and competitive analysis to develop strategic and competitive proposals; * Interact with shipping companies, international agents, and freight forwarders to obtain rates and commercial terms; * Collaborate closely with the external sales team, providing technical-commercial support and ensuring prompt customer service; * Monitor follow-up of ongoing proposals and opportunities, contributing with conversion indicators and strategies; * Maintain CRM with quotation history, commercial terms, and negotiation status; * Support the development of pricing policies and standardization of internal departmental processes. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Experience in pricing, inside sales, or commercial support within the foreign trade sector; * Ability to manage tight deadlines, high workload, and simultaneous negotiations; * Fluent English; * Intermediate Spanish; * German is considered a plus; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
