Description
* Maintain the Segregation of Duties (SoD) matrix, defining conflict rules and applying preventive/detective controls;
* Map, design, and review access profiles, optimizing roles and authorizations;
* Implement Access Management policies (provisioning, deprovisioning, and periodic reviews);
* Participate in access management initiatives, ensuring integration with corporate IAM, SSO, and MFA solutions;
* Support compliance and audit processes (internal and external), including report generation and evidence collection;
* Stakeholder engagement: Provide consultative influence to Business Units;
* Document access profiles, assignment criteria, business rules, and associated risks clearly and auditably.
**Responsibilities and duties**
* Knowledge of SoD risk identification and mitigation, as well as unauthorized access prevention.
* Ability to interpret organizational structures, roles, and attributes to define access rules.
* Familiarity with information security best practices and Zero Trust principles.
* Experience with IAM/IGA tools is considered a differentiator.
**Requirements and qualifications** **Education**
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT-related or Engineering fields.
**Training/Certifications**
* Information Security and/or Computer Networks.
**Knowledge**
* Information security tools (AD, MDM, antivirus, DLP, token, etc.), Microsoft Office suite, information security and networking concepts.

Availability to work in a hybrid model at the Barra Funda office / SP.
