**Job Opening: Marketplace Analyst** Our client is a rapidly growing company in the Natural Foods sector seeking a Marketplace Analyst to work at its branch in Serra, Greater Vitória region (Espírito Santo). A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in marketplace operations is required. **Summary of Responsibilities:** \- Operations \+ Performance \- Media and Growth \- Pricing monitoring and analysis \- Inventory monitoring and analysis \- Competitive intelligence \- Cross\-functional interface **Responsibilities:** \- Full management of marketplaces (Amazon, Mercado Livre, Magalu, Shopee, among others); \- Creation (operationalization of listings), optimization, and management of advertisements (SEO, titles, images, conversion); – Monitoring creatives produced by the company’s internal creative team; \- Management of media campaigns (Amazon Ads, Mercado Ads, etc.); \- Tracking KPIs (ACoS, ROAS, TTK, conversion rate, margin, inventory); \- Market analysis, competitor analysis, pricing, and competitiveness assessment for submission to the commercial team; \- Inventory management and prevention of stockouts across marketplaces; \- Competitive analysis and identification of growth opportunities; \- Campaign planning (Black Friday, seasonal dates, product launches); \- Interface with marketing, logistics, and commercial teams; \- Reporting and performance tracking; \- Monitoring digital sales policies; \- Liaising with other sellers to implement policies. **Requirements:** \- Proven experience with marketplaces (minimum 2 years); \- Advanced proficiency in Amazon, Mercado Livre, and Shopee (mandatory); \- Amazon Ads / Mercado Ads certifications (desirable); \- Experience managing paid traffic within marketplaces; \- Strong analytical mindset and results orientation; \- Experience increasing revenue and scaling accounts; \- Knowledge of SEO for marketplaces; \- Experience with paid tools; \- Hands\-on profile (executes and delivers, not just plans). **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Experience with fast\-moving consumer goods (FMCG / food / supplements); \- Prior management of accounts with significant revenue; \- Knowledge of logistics (FBA, Full, etc.); \- Experience with private label brands. **What We Seek:** \- Business\-owner mindset; \- Extreme proactivity; \- Ability to solve problems quickly; \- Growth and scalability mindset. **Compensation and Work Location:** \- CLT employment contract \- Salary commensurate with the role \- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM \- Meal allowance \- Health insurance \- Transportation allowance \- Life insurance PJ contracting option available, with alternative compensation and benefits structure Compensation: R$4\.800,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have at least 2 years of proven experience in marketplace operations? * Are you able to work on\-site in Serra, Greater Vitória region, Espírito Santo?
