Focus on organization, deadlines, and labor legislation **Position: HR Department Analyst** We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills to work as an HR Department Analyst. **Main Responsibilities:** * Management and control of electronic time tracking (handling, adjustments, and monitoring of working hours); * Benefits administration (meal vouchers/food allowance, health insurance, Gympass, among others); * Vacation control and processing; * Execution of contract termination procedures; * Support in payroll closing; * Conducting onboarding processes (documentation, registration, and integration); * Supporting SESMT-related requests, ensuring compliance with occupational safety standards and procedures. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in the HR department; * Knowledge of labor routines and current legislation; * Organizational skills, attention to deadlines, and sense of responsibility; * Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Sólides and Domínio systems.
