Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating import and export processes, from quotation to customs clearance, ensuring compliance and efficiency in international commercial operations. Coordination of import and export processes Responsible for executing import and export process activities, ensuring proper preparation of documentation, monitoring customs clearance, coordinating logistics, maintaining records, and communicating with international suppliers and customers—contributing to regulatory compliance and efficient flow of the company’s commercial operations. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or Business Administration **Experience:** 2 years of experience in foreign trade routines, import and export **Technical Knowledge:** * Brazilian and international customs legislation * Import and export processes * Foreign trade process control systems * INCOTERMS * Shipping documents, such as: Invoice, Packing List, and BL/HAWB * Fluent English and Spanish * Advanced Microsoft Office Suite **Observable Competencies and Areas for Development** * Discipline * Organization * Proactivity * Orientation toward safety and sustainability * Teamwork **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate **import and export processes**, from quotation to customs clearance. * Prepare, review, and control **international documents** (invoices, packing lists, certificates, declarations, licenses, among others). * Monitor **tax classification (NCM)**, customs regimes, and legal requirements. * Conduct **quotations and negotiations** with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers. * Monitor **shipment follow-up**, deadlines, status, and logistical conditions. * Control import/export costs, analyzing freight charges, fees, taxes, and cost-reduction opportunities. * Update systems and maintain accurate records of international operations. * Support **drawback, ex-tariff, and special regime** processes, where applicable. * Prepare reports and performance indicators to support decision-making and process improvements. * Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and internal policies related to foreign trade. * Collaborate with internal departments such as procurement, logistics, finance, tax, and engineering.
