**Foreign Trade Analyst II (Mid-Level)** This position is offered in a **hybrid** work model at our **São Bernardo do Campo - SP** unit. **Summary** Guide and control the company's import and export operations, aligning processes with Brazilian legislation and ensuring compliance and security per OEA certification criteria and international regulations. Optimize costs and timelines while maintaining service quality and internal communication across company departments, providing information for project meetings. **Key Responsibilities** * Guide activities related to import and export processes in coordination with other company departments; * Monitor cargo throughout its journey to ensure supply chain security—cargo vs. transportation—per OEA certification criteria; * Analyze, instruct, and control procedures applicable to special customs regimes, tax reductions, exemptions, suspensions, and NCM classifications; * Track shipment events and follow up with relevant service providers; interface with suppliers regarding documentation requirements and HAWB approval; * Monitor changes in national and international legislation; ensure proper customs clearance in coordination with customs brokers and approving authorities; * Control and analyze logistics and tax costs associated with operations, reporting to Commercial, Projects, and BID areas upon request; * Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve process efficiency; * Align with Logistics, Finance, and Receiving departments to ensure efficient coordination and high-quality operations for both imports and exports; * Fully responsible for maritime transport mode management; * Responsible for conducting audits of commercial partners under the OEA Program; * Perform other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis on International Trade, Logistics, or related fields; * Advanced or fluent English; * Spanish; * Experience with special customs regimes and monitoring/control within the OEA Program—Security and Compliance criteria preferred; * Knowledge of Datasul ERP is considered a plus; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
