If you identify with our values, this is your chance to shine! **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance of approval processes for licensed products across various brands: Disney, Warner, Mattel, Paramount, and other licensing partners in our brand portfolio; * Organize and follow up on creative meetings and brand training sessions with the Style and Purchasing teams; * Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with licensors, intermediaries, and other stakeholders within the licensing ecosystem; * Support the manager in servicing licensors/agents by providing operational support for daily requests; * Collaborate with internal departments (Purchasing, Sourcing, Planning, and Style) to promote cross-departmental integration for executing licensed product approvals; * Contribute to market and licensed brand/character performance analyses, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in fashion, marketing, or business-related fields; * Proficiency in presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Canvas; * Basic Excel skills (used for internal tracking); * Basic English (used for email communication and accessing licensors' systems); * Familiarity with ERPs and commercial management systems (e.g., Oracle) is considered a plus; * Prior experience in brand licensing and/or commercial support within retail, consumer goods, or entertainment companies is considered a plus.
