IT Support Analyst - Sorocaba/SP

Job Summary: Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring full operational functionality and specialized support to users and systems. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive support for hardware, software, and corporate systems 2. VIP support and management of audio and video conferencing technologies 3. IT inventory maintenance and coordination with vendors In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, peripherals, and software, ensuring full equipment functionality and user support in accordance with established standards and deadlines. **Responsibilities:** * Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and software according to company-defined standards. * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. * Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities on IT assets. * Provide VIP support with personalized service, including management of audio and video conferencing technologies. * Install network printers and share devices. * Provide support for Office 365 and corporate systems. * Install and troubleshoot compliance and coverage software. * Maintain IT inventory control and coordinate vendor tickets. * Support equipment and license procurement processes. * Provide support for Mac devices. * Strictly comply with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Support recurring meetings, events, and after-hours activities when required. * Document incidents, problems, and solutions to update the internal knowledge base. Requirements: * Experience with hardware and software installation and support. * Knowledge of local networks (DHCP, DNS). * Strong communication and user support skills. * Proficiency in Office 365 and collaborative tools. * Experience with on-site support (Hands & Feet). * Ability to follow technical standards and procedures accurately. * Intermediate to advanced English for interaction with global teams. **Additional Information:** * Compensation: R$ 3\.000,00 CLT. * Benefits: Medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, meal voucher (VR), and transportation voucher (VT). * Schedule: 8:00 AM \- 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. * Work Model: On-site. * Location: Sorocaba/SP.
