ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a Senior FP\&A Analyst for one of our client partners — a rapidly growing real estate development company focused on the economic segment, delivering over 1,800 units, managing more than 15 projects in its portfolio, and maintaining strong market presence in Northeastern Brazil. This is a financially solid company with a young, expanding team and strategically significant challenges in the real estate sector. ABOUT THE POSITION You will be responsible for supporting budget planning and financial analyses that inform strategic decisions. The focus is to deliver precise information on budget vs. actual performance, project feasibility, and performance indicators for coordinators and directors. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and consolidate annual budgets and periodic revisions for corporate departments and development projects. * Build economic\-financial feasibility studies for new launches and land acquisitions. * Monitor monthly budget vs. actual performance, identifying variances and their root causes. * Support monthly management closing, including EBITDA, project-level results, and projected cash flow. * Monitor short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow. * Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards in Excel and Power BI. * Conduct scenario analyses and financial simulations. * Collaborate closely with Development, Construction, Sales, and Controller departments. Requirements: WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * You have 4–6 years of experience in FP\&A, Controller, or Financial Planning, preferably in the real estate development sector. * Proficient in Excel (financial modeling) and familiar with Power BI. * Familiar with real estate industry metrics such as VGV, VSO, POC, contract cancellations, and property exchanges. * Analytical, data-driven, proactive, and agile in analysis. * Collaborative within multidisciplinary teams and resilient in handling dynamic deadlines.
